Call: Contact us by phone and provide the name of the medication, as well as the name and phone number of the pharmacy from which you are transferring the prescription.
Visit our pharmacy: Stop by our pharmacy in person and let our staff know that you would like to transfer a prescription. Provide them with the necessary details, including the medication name and the name/phone number of the transferring pharmacy.
Request transfer online: If available, you can use our online transfer request option. Fill out the required information, including the medication name and details of the transferring pharmacy.
